Main Features

1.The machine use static and dynamic finite element analysis to optimize design,with reasonable and reliable structure. Main casting and body using gray cast iron castings and after aging treatment at least twice,to ensure the high stability and high rigidity.
It can meet demands of dry gear cutting and wet cutting at the same time.

2.The unique work spindle and hob spindle structure design, using high-precision gear auxiliary drive, equipped with the anti-backlash damping device at the end, using a more reasonable lubrication system, to achieve long-term stability of the hob and spindle running under high-speed and high-precision. Equipped with advanced hob achieve higher speed, greater feed rate.
3.The innovative cone and face contact arbor at the same time technology, improving the anti-bending rigidity of the hob;extend hob life and improved the cutting ability and gnashing accuracy .

4.The whole design use the U.S. Parametric Technology Corporation’s PRO / E 3D software , overall layout has been carefully optimized, compact layout , small floor place .

5.By using building block design the auxiliary device. The user can choose different layout (square or rectangle) according to the workshop space, making the production line and layout more simple.
6. Easy access and maintenance of modular components combined hydraulic, lubrication and pneumatic devices to the machine.

7.Fully protection of processing region , large inclination protection , optimum allocation inside chip conveyor and good bed structure for the rapid fall chips design, as well as internal oil circulatory function to ensure heat generated during cutting can be removed promptly. The above function keep hobbing machine a long-term thermal stability and guarantee the heat balance .

8.Unique loaded and unloaded device, double position for process and replacement design, compact structure, economized the loading time, improve processing efficiency greatly.

9.The machine is of 7 axes with 4 axes coordinated controlled .each motion axis is driven independently by AC servo-motor. based on the principle of generating method, and with carrying out index and differential compensation motions by electronic gearbox(EGB),the machine is designed to cut cylindrical spur&helical gears crowning or slightly tapered gears splines worm wheels and sprockets etc.

10. Customers can select automatic loading and unloading device, automatic workpiece storage, deburring device, rough locater according to the processing demands.
